Payment received by yepme.com but order rejected & not refund

I have shopping from yepme.com on 15/08/2014 for Rs.518/- through net banking axis bank after transaction they mailed me your payment failed and order rejected but when I am contacted to bank they said your payment successful, than i contacted to yepme they said no we don’t received your money plz share your bank statement so i also send the bank statement to yepme.com than again contact them through telephone no. they said we have not received your payment so i contact to bank bank gave me a PRN No. PRN no. generated when transaction is successful so i again contacted to yepme.com just they given me 7 days than 5 days but not solve my problem if your are give me your mail id i will forward you to my contact detail with yepme.com…
my humble request to you please look into matter seriously its not about money its all about harassment
