Dear sir,
I am a consumer of Bharat gas.On 27-Aug-2014 ,when i was going to book a gas refill then i knew from cus care that already it was booked on 06-Aug-2014…and also another was already booked on 23-July-2014 , which was totally out of my consent and also not deliver to me.Then i call to my Distributor regarding this issue…they also informed me that my booking was already confirmed on 06-Aug-2014..and it will delivered with in one week.Today on 31-Aug-2014 they delivered me the Gas refill and i have to take it. when the delivery man give me the receipt it showed there were two delivery as per my registration and my hard copy also show this but as per the distributor there was 3.I have to informed you also that the delivery man also offered two times that if i did not use the excess Gas Refill ,they can sale it outside for extra income.But I denied it .
My main complain is if i did not registered my booking for Gas refill,then who did this?And how i can took legal step to prevent this type of theft .
