No response after wrong product sent

Hi,
I am a valued customer and bought multiple products from Snapdeal. On 18-August I had ordered for BP monitor OMRON 7200 jpn1 order no 2637313162.But when I received this product it shown 7200 instead of 7200 JPN1 which is low model and less price(attached screenshot for your reference).
When I contracted(next day after getting this product) through mail they send me the return order no and told me to send back via courier in your own responsibility.Then they will check the possible solution.
Immediately I contracted to customer care via phone.They assured me that their responsibility to pick up the product and ignore this mail.I clearly mention that I need right product not the money refund.After 2 days back when I contracted again they told the same.But till now neither receive any mail or phone call for pick up.
