failure to deliver what was promised

I had ordered for a midnight delivery of a gift in Ranchi based on the information and promises put up on their website ranchiflorist.com
12 hours before the delivery I am informed that the delivery is not possible despite taking extra charges from me for the same
There was no option for refund of either the extra charges or the order itself. It caused a great inconvenience and the customer care executives and the order processing team were not helpful. Repeated requests of delivering what was promised was net by one line reply “sorry not possible”.

Please do the needful. If nothing else the promises shud be taken off the website to avoid such disappointment in the future
