Flipkart and their horrible service

I had ordered for 3 keychains (Daffodils flip flop key chain) order number OD40803033174 on 3 August 2014 from Flipkart Online store (www.flipkart.com). The item was delivered on 8 August 2014. However, I had received only 1 item out of the 3 ordered (the invoice stated 3 items delivered). I immediately called the Flipkart customer care number given on their website (18002089898) and told the customer care executive of my issue. They in turn told me that they were initiating a return and pick up of the item. On 9 August 2014, their courier person came and picked up the ONE & ONLY keychain that had been delivered. Subsequently a refund of the product was initiated (Total was 495, but only 330 was refunded). On 20 August 2014, Flipkart sent me an SMS stating that they would be sending someone to pick up the item. I immediately called their customer care and stated that the item that I had received was already picked up on the 9th August. They told me to ask the courier person to return back and not give him anything, which was done. They also asked me to call their customer care once this was done and confirm the cancellation of any item to be picked up, which was also done on the same day. Since I had already returned the item received, refund of the full amount (the balance 165) was not yet made. On 18 August 2014 I called their customer care asking them to process the remaining refund into my account, which they said would be done and completed by 23 August 2014. On 21 August 2014 I again received an SMS from Flipkart stating that they would be sending their representative to pick up the item. As indicated I had already returned the item on 9 August 2014, and this was told to the customer care executives multiple times. Despite this, their representative came to my house and started to harass my mother. He was refusing to leave without picking up the item, even though she told him that we had already returned the item. Since he was not leaving she gave him another item which was to be returned to another company (Fashionara) by mistake. The SKU Code/EAN of that product is A3BE2OFSLI516BL1FS/ 8907038001745. It was a Panelled flap clutch-Black from the brand E2O, style number 0170. Value of that product was Rs 696. When I realized that they had incorrectly picked up the item I immediately called their customer care and updated them on the situation. After speaking to two representatives, they told me that their floor manager Ishika M would help me with the situation. Flipkart requested me to wait until 27 August 2014 for them to return the product to me (email attached). However, when following up with them today there seems to be no trace of the product picked up and no end in sight to this issue. Since most companies have a 30 day return policy I need to return the item from Fashionara back to them so that I can get the refund of that product Rs. 696. Though Flipkart has processed the full amount of Rs. 495 for the key chains I purchased from them, they are yet to return this E2O clutch bag back to me so that I can in turn return it to the correct company Fashionara. Their customer care is not helpful and extremely uncouth and rude and I do not know who else to raise this matter to.
