Order returned but no refund

I purchased a samsung headphone online from shopclues.com. My order came to jamnagar but courier company didnts informed me and returned the order back to company on 19 August 2014. The order reched back to the company on 23rs August 2014. But till date 27 August 2014 they dintd refunded a single rupee to me .
