TELECOM COMPANIES

Hi,

I am Nitin Chaudhary & took Airtel Connection 9818656002 on 6th Aug 2014 with corporate CUG plan@199 in which internet plan is inbuilt for 2Gb but i applied for change the same with internet plan@99(Unlimited GPRS) on 11/08/2014 and same is activated by you people and i was shocked when i receive a bill alert for Rs3980 because its unlimited plan so how can it be possible that huge amount of bill generated?? And from 20th Aug 2014 my outgoing facilities are barred because of that i am not able to make a single call till now. while calling charges are-Rs200 (approx) and unbilled uses-Rs.4170 and its a Govt corporate plan.

when I call Airtel Customer care they told me this amount is correct and no wave off apply of the same. Airtel charges me for Internet but i have activate internet plan. How they do such mistakes with customers even Govt Employers as well

Request you to change the bill and charge the correct amount for usage.
