Sir I purchased a karbonn mobile titanium s5 on 18/05/2013 for 11800/- imei no 911309350061407. In may 2014 it showed many problems like touch ;hang ;INTERNET speed very low;very much hot during charging ;auto switch off. So I went to care SHRI GANESH TELECOM (KAITHAL) HARYANA. They return mobile to me after 20 days but the problem are as it is. I gave it back to care center next day. They return the mobile to me after 2 months on 14/08/2014. But this time the problems are same. And I return Mobile to care same day . and I have no solution till now.
So you are requested to solve my problem and take a strict action against KARBONN MOBILE .
