Dear Sir / Madam
I purchase 1 mobile Panasonic Brand from Reliance Digital Korum Mall, Thane on 11 April’2014 and it was recommended by sales person as one of the best brand with replacement guarantee for any defect.
Since it was having some display issue From 3rd day of Purchase , sales person informed us it’s an Software issue you can resolve it from Service Center. But it was major manufacturing defected which store purposely avoided to take complain and falsely covered up. Again told us to give it to services cent re, since 20th May 2014 the same has not received after 4 month of waiting period i received mobie but in Damaged conditions.
I contacted Mrs.Chetana (who is looking after my complain) of Reliance Digital store, Thane again & again asking for the same but she has not reverted yet since more than 30 days has passed.
We tried to speak Store manager/DM but RESQ person they always said they left for the day. My new Mobile’s all parts are almost replaced and damaged by the service centre/store persons and still I have not received the mobile which leads loss of warranty.
These Problems was from the day one of Purchase now store manager and sales person are intentionally avoiding us by saying its Brand problem. Its my new mobile which hardly used for 15 days its now in damaged condition in your store and no actions are taken from Resq or Store person.
I am sending these mails with lots of Hope as i believe in your services.
I request to replace new mobile at the earliest as there is no point in taking mobile whose All parts are in damaged and replaced.
