I have a mobile of sony Xperia SP purchased on dated 26.01.2014. sony provides accidental damage guarantee for the period of six months but when I claimed for the same on sony service center “Global Services” and “Best Techno Solution” at Jaipur they refused for my request by giving stupid explanation. I visited on the service centers three times. I am working in Dholpur and can’t visit frequently.
This complain I submitted on sony care dated 10.07.14.
I submitted my mobile on “GLOBAL SERVICE CENTER”.
After complain on sony care I received a call from global service center by “Mr. Mukesh” dated 12.08.14. He asked me to submit my mobile on service center then I submitted my mobile on Global Service Center dated 16.08.14. I received a call on date 23.08.14 and told me that my accidental claim is rejected because six months of accidental claim has completed. They also requested me to meet on 30.08.14.
But this is not my fault for delay I visited on Service Center thrice within guaranty period but they refused by giving me stupid reason as I explained you earlier. So this delayed by Service Center
now they asked me to visit again on service center.They bother me in this way. My job is in Dholpur so I can’t visit frequently if they do they should pay bus/train fare for this.
I request you to please consider my problem important and give me my claim for the same.
