:I have given lumia 720 which is under warranty for repair as the battery is discharging quickly and the tilak nagar ,delhi nokia care unit accepted it.
The phone was also submitted earlier twice and they changed battery etc but still issue was not sorted out.
now third time i have submitted the phone on 5th august and till date it has not come back.
There is no proper reply from the care center or customer care no as to why a replacement new handset is NOT provided till date as the same handset has come for the 3rd time to same repair center.
Nokia was one of the best brands as per service was concerned. But this time i have seen how badly the company is harassing the customer by keeping the handset for around a month without any response or reply..
My job sheet no is 894 dated 5th august.
One of my worst expirences with a care center and nokia care ..
No one has any answer where the hanset is and when it will come back..
There is no provision by the company to raise any complaint to a higher level..
I had informed that i am travelling and i will have to buy new smartphone if i dont get it back by 20 august .. but the company has paid no heed to this..
Every time you call up customer care they promise that there will be a call back from senior officials about the status of my phone but till date no call is received..
Making a total fool of the customer..]..
