WE REGRET TO INFORM YOU THAT OUR COURIER PARTNER WAS UNABLE TO DELIVER YOUR PRODUCT, MASSAGE RECEIVED DATE 21.08.2014.AND CANCLE THE OLD ORDER & WE ARE SENDING THE ANOTHER DOCKET BY FIRST FLIGHT COURIER DOCKET NO IS D90400629214/21.08.2014 AGAIN I M RECEIVED A MASSAGE ON 23RD AUGUST WE ARE SO SORRY FOR TAKING LONGER THAN EXPECTED TO RESOLVE YOUR ISSUE PROVIDE US TIME TILL 25TH AUG’14. ON 25TH AUG’14 TRACKING OF DOCKET THERE IS NO ANY INFORMATION UPDATED BY FIRST FLIGHT COURIER.ONLY UPDATED 22.08.2014 SERVICE LOCATION DELHI.
I HAVE CALL IN FLIPKART AGAIN EXCUSES FOR ORDER I.E.WE HAVE EXCALATED YOUR ISSUE TO THE CONCERNED TEAM. WE WILL RESOLVE YOUR PROBLEM BY 28TH AUG’14 AT 5.30P.M..
