My PaisaPay ID : 36992377531 according to which I have made a payment to ebay as per his listing on site (I have a screen shot of it)on 5th of august.
As the seller made fool of me saying he will ship the product in 10 ten days,but he didn’t saying that ebay had de-listed his products from the site because of which if he delivers the product then ebay will not pay him(I have all the call recording).
And when call e bay they says they are waiting for a reply from seller. Last one one months e bay and seller making fool of me.
so I want to file a legal case against e bay in consumer court. I need a full refund with 10% interest per day for the fooling answers and harassment from e bay and sellers.
I have all the proofs in screen shots and call receding and emails .
