EasyEMI on Large Purchase using Credit Card

Dear Sir,

When I got the credit card it was told that after 6 months I will be able to convert my big transactions to EMI. I even got some calls from the customer service later on when I had 15k-20k due in my credit card. When I asked they said that I can convert the entire amount to EMI.

But when I made a large purchase and almost hit the limit suddenly all the offers from my card was gone. You can see in this link about the EasyEMI option: http://www.indusind.com/content/home/personal-banking/products/loans/loan-on-credit-cards.html

My question is how is this possible that when I had only small amount due in my card I got the offer and when I really needed it and I purchased the product based on their continued EasyEMI conversion calls it was withdrawn from my card?
