Disrespect on call

To whomsoever it may concern.

My mother took a loan (Loan Ac No: 1917276) from Bajaj Finserv Lending Ltd, Wakdewadi for a bike. She paid each and every emi on time but due to an insufficient amount for last emi (which she was unknown about) which was due in Aug-2014, the emi didnt get deducted. The collection agent from Bajaj Finserv Lending Ltd, Wakdewadi named Amol Kamble called and talked rudely which was inappropriate again an associate of Bajaj Finserv Lending Ltd, Wakdewadi named Ashwini did’nt communicate in a sophisticated manner. She shouted on my mother and talked very badly with her which was not proper. I want Consumer Forum to take necessary action on Bajaj Finserv Lending Ltd, Wakdewadi and ask Bajaj Finserv Lending Ltd, Wakdewadi to take necessary action on the associates.
