I have purchased a Nokia Universal Fast USB Charger from rediff shopping website on 25-4-2014. But they send me a china charger… So i requested them to give a refund… After calling for more than 1 months they told me to courier the item to them… I couriered the item back to them… After they got the item they told me to give them my bank details where they can transfer the refunded money plus courier charge… I gave them that on July 12, 2014… still now i not get the money i contacted them several time… They are saying they have refunded it will take 10-15 working days but its almost like 1.5 month still i not got the money at my bank account…. On august 7 they mail me this message
“With reference to your Order No : 9630856, we would like to inform you that our Finance Department has already processed the refund into your account.
We request you to check with your bank for the refunded transaction with the RRN ( Retrieval Reference Number ) no. : CITIN14454609907.”
But there is no such transaction at my bank… Now i am mailing them they are not replying… What kind of fraud service they are running… If there is no proper buyer protection how can a buyer can buy from online shopping site… My request to indian cosumer forums to look on this case…
