Security Deposit

Hi,

At the time of admission i paid the college a sum of 20,000 as security deposit. Now after repeated reminders they are not returning back the money. Some of my friends have received the amount but they others have not. They said that there is an issue due to which they were not able to send the money on-line and that they will send us the cheque. But it has been more than 20 days and I haven’t received the cheque, some of my friends who have received the cheque their cheque’s bounced. I am pretty sure the same would happen with me.

Please advice

PS: Am not sure whether my friends whose cheques have bounced would like to file a complaint or not. If the same thing happens with me I will update the post
