NOT CARE OF HIS CUSTOMER PRODUCT

I order the pen drive from online(ZOFFIO.COM) on 04/08/2014 but still now i can’t get my product. When i call them, they are assolatted as like a child. when I them they just told me that they are trying to invesiget about but not. They are told me that he call me on21/08/2014 but they are not reresponce any call or masssage or email.
