I am purchased new Handset on 06.07.2014 from CROMA Vide Invoice No. SLF02A017020057055. Rs. 27000/- But After 15 Days i faced lot of the issue in the Handset, then i approached CROMA and they advised go to Samsung Service Centre , then i am Visited Samsung Service Centre and inform to the person that i am purchased New Handset of GALAXY Note 3 Neo Before 15 Days and these are the issues 1. Display is not there. 2. Side Lock is not Working 3. All Application are going In Hang Position. 4 SD Card is not Working. Then Samsung Representative check the Handset and Given Reply that we will replace the Mother Board of the Mobile and it’s Charges is Rs. 7889/- and it is not covered in Warranty But my problem is that if any mobile which is I am purchased in 15 Days Before how it can be happened it is the Manufacturing defect in the Mobile so Company should Give the Replacement of the Mobile, why I will Pay for Change of Mother Board.

After that I am Approached to the Samsung Head Office But they are not Given Proper Reply of the My Query they are saying it is Physical Damaged so we will not Doing anything But I want to know How it will happened because no any single Scratches ‘on Mobile and it is Handling By me.

I am Visited Last 4 to 5 Times in Samsung Service Centre for Manufacturing Defect But they are not Giving any Suitable solution Please Help me in this issue and give me the Replacement of the My Mobile.
