Bad service and response from TATA CAPITAl Nagpur

This is Ashish Mude , writing a feedback and complaint regarding the TATA capital loan service.
I had applied for home loan (Plot cum construction) at TATA capital Laxminagar Nagpur branch.
First I submitted all required documents along with property documents to the TATA Capital Executive (AMOL) at Laxmi nagar Nagpur branch and ask him if he need additional documents for loan processing. He said everything is received and he will sanction loan within 15 to 20 days.
I already asked him if he need anything from my side for loan processing then inform me within 20 days as there is plot registry after 40 days.
He told everything is fine and my loan is in under process.
After 30 days I asked for loan status he told they will release home loan fund in 2 to 3 days.
Then after they were extending the date.
When at time of plot registry date (after 50 days from submitted document) they ask me to submit some additional property details document which require 15 to 20 days to collect form registry office and then they withdraw processing fees from my account.
I asked him why not inform me before 10 days of plot registry and He (TATA Capital executive) replied me that he need these document otherwise he will not process loan and was talking in rude language.
After that my plot registry is cancelled due to improper response form TATA capital service and now my token and agreement amount which I paid to the plot vendor is in trouble and lose with loan processing fees without grating loan from TATA Capital.
When I request for the loan cancelation letter then even Manager also talking with rude language.
This is completely rude behavior and improper service from TATA Capital, Laxmi nagar branch and execute Amol is completely misbehavior person.
Please improve Service and take the proper action on TATA CAPITAL’s Staff at Laxmi nagar, Nagpur branch.
