delay on repair

sir I am govinda kushavaha i have an airtel digital tv connection my custemer id is 3010124679 my airtel digital tv set top box is on warranty. my airtel digital tv disturb from 04-august-2014 and i complain about it with airtel digital tv cusmer care. they give me time upto 05-aug-2014 but they do not solve my problem till now. so please help me.
