I am Ajeesh, doing my studies in Pune since three months. I have been using Docomo sim from three months and my number is 8237186253. on August 15 I got a message saying that for a recharge of 54 i will get 40 rupees talktime at 25 paise/minute for one month and the talktime will be activated within 48 hours. I recharged my account with this “special offer” Even after 50 hourse I did not get the talk time and i contacted the customer care. they told me that their system has not registered it and asked me to call after 6 hours.
Today when I called, the reply was that I should have confirmed before recharging. now they tell that there is no such offer and it is my mistake. I would like to know the reason and I am not happy to continue if they do like this.
I need my money back or I should get the offer specified.
