I would like to bring it to your kind notice that my internet service has been shut for the past one month and in spite of calling the call center a million times still there has been no action taken on the matter.
Every time i call, the call center gives me a new complaint number. One engineer calls me like an idiot on Sunday at 8:30am and asks if the office is working? This is not expected from a company like Hathway. The second one calls me and says he will be visiting my place and does not turn up. The third person calls and tells me that the modem is dead and there is a signal problem so he would get back to me and no one calls up. Today one engineer calls me and says he would be at the office by 1:00pm, today being a holiday and the office closed, i have come specially to open the office and get the things rectified. Now when i call the call center that the engineer has not turned up they say they have spoken to the engineer and will visit by 4pm. I dont know what is going on with the company and what kind of people is the company employing. I have also mailed at [email protected], this id was provided by the call center but the mailed has bounced as the user quota is exceeded limit.
