Fraud in Nokia Care

I had a worst experience at the NOKIA CARE center. Let me explain. I had bought LUMIA 820 from JOMBO Electronics Laxmi Nagar New Delhi on 25 – AUG – 2013. Few days back my LUMIA 820 Display stopped working (No physical Damaged). The touch response was working. So as my phone was under warranty, I went to the NOKIA CARE Center ( Micronas Telecome C-4 Sec-2 Noida U.P ) to get it repaired, they kept the phone for two days and changed the display & gave it back to me. But after using my phone, I found that the display was not original from NOKIA and I went to the other NOKIA CARE center in Delhi to have it verified. They confirmed that it was not original, this is from the local vendor, I was shocked that how they could put the other vendor’s display in my phone. Nokia is such a big company & this is what happening in the CARE centers. I again went to the same NOKIA CARE center (The one who repaired my phone) and I told that it is not the original display; you have put the wrong display in my phone. I was shocked with the response I got from one of the engineer from NOKIA CARE center. He said,” The phone had not been repaired from our center, we didn’t change your display, we had given it back to you without even repairing it “. I was totally shocked that few days back they repaired my phone and now they are saying me that they didn’t.
When is asked for job sheet they refused to give me but somehow i took the snapshot of the job sheet.
This is a very serious Matter, It’s like I am cheated by you people. I had a word with Manager ( Suneeta) & the mobile repairing engineer ( Nafeez) & It seemed like they cheated on me.
Looking for your help regarding the issue. I have also raised a complaint in Nokia Support.
