Vodafone Bill correction for billing cycle 03.07.14 to 02.08.14:

I have received my bill for bill cycle 03.07.14 to 02.08.14 on 07.08.14 for my Vodafone mobile no. 8447000995.
However, I have been charged Rs 99/ for deals_mydala_99. I am unaware of what this stuff is & have never used any such service in the past.
So, I had complained to vodafone on 7.08.14 & 09.08.14 to resolve the matter & furnish corrected bill for the bill cycle 03.07.14 to 02.08.14.
Even after complaining to vodafone twice their reply is as under:-
We would like to inform you that you have charged Rs.99 for downloading, which is a genuine usage originated from your SIM card, so you have been charged correctly.

Kindly escalate the matter. As such type of discrepancy has never been there in my bill earlier & why would I pay for the service which I have never used.

    Same thing they have done with my vodafone bill (October 2014), charged for unnecessarily services even I don’t know what these two are
    1- deals_mydala_99
    2- wapvilla_ppd (2 times in a month)

    they have charged 99+49+49 for these.

    I did Google to understand what is deals_mydala_99 and wapvilla_ppd, I am seeing lot of complains regarding this issue.
    Totally fraud company, I think this is their strategy to earn crores of rupees.
