I have use tata docomo postpaid sim and the company send me july bill more then my use I have activate 2g plan on my number but the company send me 3g plan bill I will tell the company about it by custumer care no and by mail but there are no replay by the company about it or they send me the mail for paid all the bill otherwise they will charge me extra bill

I have activate 2g plan after there company send me 3g plan bill that is a wrong so I will compliant about it
So please help me
