My phone nos 9868388017 and 9968012961 are not working properly since 1.5 months even after lodging complaints with mtnl a couple of times.. my complaint no is: 656682 dated 8.8.2014 and 662687 dated 14.8.14 on helpline no 1503. Pls look into the matter asap
