Tr of amount from CDMA to GSM

Name of company/service: Reliance

I had CDMA Reliance mobile 9302633666 which recently I have got it transferred to GSM mobile. Under CDMA, I have paid the postpaid bill of Rs.548.00 dt 28.05.2012 with Tran Ref No. 19887380 (online payment was done)which has not been transferred to new GSM and even no outgoing calls are being operated from the mobile. I have complained in one of the outlets to tranfer the amount which I paid when the mobile was under CDMA to the present GSM but in vain. Kindly transfer the amount of Rs.548.00 to GSM of above reliance mobile as soon as possible and do the needful so that I can operate my mobile without any inconvenience.
