NON RECEIPT OF LIST OF DOCUMENT HELD AT BRANCH

Sir

1. I have taken loan in year 2010 vide above mentioned loan account from Agra branch. That time I have not taken certificate for list of document held.

2. On 04 Jun 14 I have submitted an application for requirement of list of document held and made a payment of Rs. 562/- towards the list of document held vide receipt No. 78861391 dated 04 Jun 14.

3. I am defence personal and presently at Pune. So I have sent my brother in law three- four times at Agra branch to take the above said certificate. But in that office none of the person is giving the correct reply.

4. I have contacted to Agra branch Manager Mr. Tejender Singh on his mobile. His response is not positive. He says madam is on leave. Then I said that if madam is on leave than somebody else will be dealing that table. Reply from branch manager was contact after two days and check whether madam is available or not.

5. In view of above kindly consider my case and get my certificates for list of document held with branch and a closure statement by speed post or register post only at my residence address mentioned below:
