Selling of milk at higher rate than MRP

A shopkeeper famous as “sher Gariyaa” is selling milk at price which is higher than MRP taking advantage of lack of other shops in town which can sell milk. 3 brothers hold the same shop and “Ashok” is one of the brothers.
