Sir 150 rs are deducted from my account without my permission .i got message that mobile tv services os activated and i m charged 150 rs.i really dont knw how they deduct such a huge amount without customer permission.now they are not taking call on toll free number they are placing 1 hr hold .i want my money back it means a lot for me .i register complaint on bsnl but no action is taken .i want to deactivate allthe services and my money should b reverted.
