Money inserted in machine , but Tata SKy not recharge

Dear sir,
I want to do compliant against Qiwi India a gurgaon based company who has one machine for payment deposits in khanna market ,west patel nagar, i have Rs 100 recharge for tata sky ,money has been inserted in machine , but i did not receive any receipt , vendor told me that it has not printing roll , when i check my tata sky did not recharge i complain to KIwi Company , but they are not responding about it , i want my money back ,
