HARASSING UNNECESSARILY- O GENERAL

Dear Ma’am/Sir,

I had bought a split AC of O-General(1.5T) from Sales Emporium on 30.04.2014. It was delivered on 13.05.2014 and installed on 18.05.2014

Few weeks after the installation, I had started facing problems with the compressor. So, the company replaced it. But since then, the compressor has been vibrating abnormally whenever the machine is switched on. Since I stay in a different city, I had lodged a complaint at the service centre over the phone. But they had not taken the complain seriously and harassed my father, who resides at the home alone and is a senior citizen, by just shrugging off their responsibilities and giving lame excuses for the problem. Then I lodged a complaint to the customer care of the company on 07.08.2014. But to my greatest surprise, they too are taking things lighly and are harassing my father by giving him a ca;; every evening and postponing the dates for a visit.

So, I have come here to seek justice and solve this problem asap…
