HARASSING UNNECESSARILY

Dear Ma’am/Sir,

I had bought an O-General split AC(1.5T) from Sales Emporium, Jessore Road, Kolkata on 30.04.2014.it was delivered on 13.05.2014 and installed on 18.05.2014.

Few weeks after the installation, i started facing problem with the compressor. The company replaced it but since then it has been vibrating abnormally whenever switched on. Since I stay in a different city, I had cited this problem and lodged a complain to the service centre over the phone. But they did not respond well and had harassed my father who is a senior citizen and who resides in the house alone by giving hopeless excuses for the problem. After that I had lodged an official complaint to the customer care of O-General on 07.08.2014 hoping to get proper response. But to my surprise, even after assuring us of getting the problem solved within 24 hours, they too ain’t taking the complain seriously and has been harassing my aged father everyday by calling him up at the evening and postponing the dates.

So, I am lodging a complain here to get justice. Please look into this matter…
