My phone has some damage of motherboard,thats why i delivered the phone to micromax help centre. i sent the product on 2nd july 2014. my product has still warranty period. they are giving only reasons. they told that they will give the phone after repairing or replacing within 20 days. still they are not providing any information of phone. please take neccessory action.help centre details – kavya enterprises, shop no.F11 &12, F wing ground floor parmar trade centre, near times of india office, sadhu vaswani chowk, camp, pune 411001.
