company should be banned in India…

dear sir i purchased karbonn st9 from croma retail shop worth 7999.After 2months it’s stops automatically..
then i take it to the kartheme service center near ramesh nagar..sir they exchanged my tab with old one and return after 9 months later.then i take the tab and when i reached at home it then stops working then i give it to the vinayak enterprises service center near west patel nagar ,they said its gaurantee is over then ican’t do any thing then i requested him and said its your fault as your company return it after 9months to me .then he take it and give it to me after 4 months..dear sir i want to say that they were using my tab as there were scratches on my tab and it is damaged from left side and it was used by someone as photos were there in the tab and email id was also log in’ed.dear sir then i restore my tab to data factory settings and after 15 days it stops while working on it and now when i starts the tab it hanged on the logo screen nothing happens after that …so kindly help me because no one is listenning as they were saying your tab’s gaurantee period is over..but sir he takes the tab for one year i havent used it at once for month….pleaase help me ..
