Extending the date of delivery of my order

I order Xiomi Mi3 mobile phone from flipkart on 5th August and as per communication I had received (E-mail and SMS) from flipkart it should be delivered by 9th August but flipkart was failed to do the same.
And now they are sending me email and SMS that I have requested to reschedule the delivery which is not true.
I am suffering from mental harassment as I wanted to gift this to my sister on the occasion of Rakshabandhan. But as I failed to do the same, my sister getting angry on me.
I am filing this complaint against Flipkart that they should give me my order by today otherwise they should pay me INR 1lakh for the mental the harassment what I am suffering.
