Very poor customer service is being provided by Aircel Bihar- Jharkhand circle. Guys in customer service are not aware of there job they don’t have any solution to any problem except the default answer which is to call after four hours. Balance deducted wrongly on my aicel no. 9097903641 and even after balance data on my number, not able to use internet when called to customer care everytime some stupid type of answers were given by them like call after 4 hours, system is being updated, don’t have any idea about the problem and bla blaa… Company should be shut down if they are not able to handle their customer queries. Very disappointed with this company service.

My mmicromax mobile given to service centre Nahi navi mumbai on 24/06/2014 but still my problem not resolve ,and 3- 4 time they pepole made new job sheet for same and every time they replied your mobile part not receive ,however 2 time they pepole change required part but still peroblem not resolve ,mobile is in warrenty period.they people not replied properly ,i personnaly follow-up 10-15 time by mail abd visiting service centre vashi pleased refer bel;ow details,
As per disscusion Mr Akash (Micromax service centre gudgaon ) on dated 01/08/2014 i go to service centre
vashi navi mumbai on dated 02/08/2014 and check my handset still problem show as it is not any one resolve the problem
so i disscused this issue again ( Micromax service centre gudgaon ) and as per his suggestion i take new job sheet for the same and this job sheet no communicate with this service engginner gudgaon
My new job sheet no are (W030600-0814-11252525) and new complaint given by micromax gudgaon is (0208146727)
so kindly request to all please look that matter and pleased disscused this issue to Micro max service centre Vashi navi mumbai
and resolve my problem as earily as possible
For your information spare part allready change 2 times but still problem not resolve pl refer jobsheet no which is received by micro max service no Vashi Navi mumbai .
