Internet connection problem

I have been using the broadband service provided by Siti Broadband for the last 3 months. Recently, i am having problem with my internet connection. My broadband connection has been out of stater for the last 5 days and after repeated complain over the the local service provide has not taken any proper step.My net connection shows unplugged.They just keep telling that the problem will be resolved and no one has reported the complain due to some communication problem. . This problem happens on regular intervals and gets repaired after making telephonic complain. But this time the company has not paid any heed to my complain. Moreover I am not being compensated for the hamper created by such issue in my professional life. My profession requires an internet connection 24*7 for my study and keeping me updated.
Please look into the matter as soon as possible.
