HI, I bought a samsung double door fridge in Dec 2011. This was very costly fridge. After 1 and half year i register one complaint about cooling problem. Service engineer visited my place and suggested that “They will Cut back side of the fridge and fit Jali at back”. After long fight with customer care and service center they resolved the issue without putting jali at the back. this is the case of 17/09/2013. After resolving the issue they confirm that we will not face this issue again but again the same problem occur within a year. I again register the complaint and service engineer replied same thing. This is the company product defect and i am facing the problem.
Please help me to resolve this issue
