ADS Consultancy failed to given service during registration – Kolkata

I am a Royal Platinum member (5800/- approx taken during registration) of this ADS Consultancy and during my registration they told me that they will provide 4 personalized calls as per my profile and 2and a half months gone but nothing from them. Mr. Suman is a fraud person who is looking after my resume. He is everytime unavailable or he will not pickup calls. this habit is almost other contact person of this consultancy firm. Director Mr. Arghya Sarkar, can’t contact him also (through Linkedin) becuase he is noncontactable.

this firm is totally fraud and I would like to take action against them. I have invested almost 6k and still waiting for the option to come.
