I would like to register a complain against Tata tele services . I am using a postpaid connection of TATA Docomo. My number is 8981310302. I have continuously complained against my network problem at my home for over 2 months. But their complain resolution team just calls up and says that ” the work is under process”. I have written emails to thier appellate authority but no steps are taken from their side.
I have not made payment just due to this reason. But today on 07/08/2014 my outgoing calls have also been barred. The customer care executive says that make the payment ; your complain is under process. But this is totally unacceptable as i keep making payments every month and dont receive any kind of services from them. They have denied to accept my complain today saying that the line is disconnected and we cannot accept any complains.
I request you to look into this matter and take some steps against them .
