I’m shahul hameed from Chennai, I’m purchased the new sony xperia Z2 smartphone from sangeetha mobiles chennai, At the date of 15/07/2014 im used the handset for two days having the camera issue with abnormal heating problem from the handset and im visit the sony authorised service center Repair and return technology egmore at 18/07/2014 and handover the full box kit with service center and given the job sheet with DOA Job No:D114071804235,And they given the sieled box for me at 25/07/2014,While opening the handset i saw a dot like liquid damage on the phones display again im visited the same service centre and handover the handset again for the issue i don’t know how it is possible that the sealed box having this type of physical damage?For this im make the issue at service centre they accept the replacement of new handset,Still now im not received my handset in my hand, Tired by trying sony customer care toll free number very poor response regularly visiting service centre and customer care,Please do the needfull to me for this issue.
