Respected Sir,
We have a Hathway Wifi Connection (prepaid Plan) at home. Recently we upgraded our plan and have paid full money Rs 2,516. We are very much disappointed and frustrated with the customer support from Hathway. We have been constantly and continuously calling Hathway to provide us technical assistance for activating our WIFI connection. It has been one month of following up. We have made the full payment and every time we call for technical assistance we are assured with false promises. Our emails and calls remain unanswered. It is our right as a customer to get the prompt service for the value we have paid, which is unfortunately not happening.

Consumer Forum is the last resort, pleas help us in attaining our right as a customer and to rightly avail the service for which the payment is already made.
