I am Sushant Mehta, Customer of aircel postpaid services. I am using Aircel postpaid no. 8802222447, customer Relationship no 1-10891689161customer. From past more than one and a half year. Few months back due to some reasons i was unable to pay my bill timely. As a result services got barred. I had billed for Rs. 1054/-. I requested aircel to waive off my late fee charges and other extra charges from my bill for continuation of no. They responded positively and mailed me that they have waived sum of Rs. 354/- from my outstanding, and asked me to pay rest Rs. 700/- on very same day. I made payment of Rs.700/- on same day without fail.I recieved message even with trasaction ID and all related details also. But since that day i am waiting my no. to get activate, which results zero. Its been more than 2month i am following aircel via mail and calls but no one is willing to resolve the issue. These day they are not responding to my mails and calls even. And when ever respond they are just giviving commitments on daily basis, but results are still Zero.
I beg you to please take an appropriate action in this matter. i feel as they are making fool of me everyday. I am left this no other option than to knock consumer forum. Wish for a positive responce from your side.
