DHL express has misplaced my shipment , a shirt that was ordered online. The tracking number is 6931124410. They asked me to upload the KYC documents which I had subsequently done after they requested iterations. An email from Rohan Devadoss of DHL says the shipment wasnt done at all by the seller. The tracking on the website says the parcel is in Bangalore. Now the customer care executive says the shipment is destroyed
