SBI Credit Card blocked

My Sbi Credit is Blocked for online Trasaction. i have called 4-5 times to customer care center and 2-3 times send mail to [email protected] ..But problem remain Still.The Service is very poor. When I called Every time he said problem solved in 2 – 3 hours.But problem remailn still.I hope this message when he read take some action.
