I brought a LCD cleaner in ebay.the seller was agrawal enterprise,delh 2 months ago. I did not receive any item and even any information about the item shipped.i was misguided that the item was already shipped and I was replied only when i contacted them 10 days ago.even after i contacted them it was a month passed and now he defends himself asking me to not question his honesty as he is refunding the money even after two moths and hence I should calm down.
Please file a case and do the needful to me.
LOSS SUSTAINED;
1.I was waiting for the said item for a long span of 2 months,
2.and I was cheated and misguided by their fake promises that i will receive the item in one week.
3.I did not receive the item
4.As a result of the late they made,My laptop worth 80,000 was damaged and as a result of that i was deprived of my work and and sustained a loss of 50,000 INR,
COMPENSATION EXPECTED;
As he deceived me and a loss of about 1 lack was sustained to me I urge You to compensate the loss as accordance with your norms
