It has been 3 months since the electrical work for borewell was completed by CH Venkat Reddy’s Mahalaskshmi Borewells at our Apt (NCL Krishna Apt Madhapur (Hyd)) and the payment was made for the same by the Apt Association. But this company has not bothered to provide the warranty cards for the electrical equipments and necessary bills despite several reminders, phone calls and personal visits to their shop. Everytime when we contact him, he says he would come and deliver those in next couple of hours but he keeps quiet afterwards. As the electrical equipments are worth more than lakh of Rs, getting warranty card and the associated documents is absoluetly necessary. We should have withheld the final payment, but we as a matter of trust,paid all dues the very next week when the installation took place. We have gone to his shop 5 times since, but he has done nothing other than harassing us all these 3 months. This forum is our only hope now. Pls take action against this ruthless illfull vendor who takes pleasure out of other’s pain.
