Dominos has been advertising saying one can order specific pizzas online and get 50% off (code NET50) till 3rd August. They are cheating the public as the final step in the online ordering process where one needs to make a payment doesn’t work, Also when you call their outlet and apprise them of the problem they say they can’t be of any assistance. They have an online chat window where no one responds and finally the window disconnects. Basically they have ensured that people can’t avail of the scheme and end up getting frustrated and maybe order through phone finally without any discount.
Dominos is definitely not doing itself any favors by floating these non-serviceable ad campaigns and fooling the public. There should remember there are other options for consumers and they will only lose customers by not keeping their word.
